1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Doonplex Minecraft server ("Server"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Server. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, and any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with Texas law.

2. Server Access and Account

You must have a valid Minecraft account purchased from Mojang Studios to access the Server. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your Minecraft account
• All activities that occur under your account
• Ensuring your account is not shared with others
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

3. Code of Conduct

All players must adhere to our Server Rules. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

• Harassment, bullying, or discriminatory behavior
• Use of unauthorized modifications, hacks, or exploits
• Intentional disruption of gameplay or server operations
• Sharing or distributing inappropriate content
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to server systems
• Real-world trading or account selling

Violations may result in temporary or permanent bans at our sole discretion.

4. Purchases and Virtual Items

The Server may offer in-game items, ranks, or other virtual goods for purchase ("Virtual Items"). By making a purchase, you acknowledge:

• Virtual Items have no real-world value and cannot be exchanged for cash
• All purchases are final and non-refundable (see our Refund Policy)
• Virtual Items are licenses to use, not ownership transfers
• We may modify, remove, or discontinue Virtual Items at any time
• Virtual Items may be revoked if your account is banned for violations

5. Intellectual Property

All custom content, plugins, maps, builds, and branding associated with Doonplex are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit written permission. Minecraft is a trademark of Mojang Studios, and we are not affiliated with or endorsed by Mojang Studios or Microsoft.

6. Server Availability and Modifications

We strive to maintain server uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to:

• Modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Server
• Perform maintenance, updates, or reset game modes
• Change these Terms at any time (updates will be posted with a new effective date)

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY TEXAS LAW, DOONPLEX AND ITS OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF THE SERVER.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Doonplex and its operators from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or your use of the Server.

9. Age Requirements

If you are under 18 years of age, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian to use the Server and make any purchases. Parents and guardians are responsible for monitoring their children's use of the Server.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Server immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to breach of these Terms.

11. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Server shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas. You agree to attempt to resolve disputes informally by contacting us first. If informal resolution is unsuccessful, disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of Texas.
